إتقان البرامج الهندسية التالية ETABS / SAFE / AUTOCAD : 4
معرفة ممتازة بالكودات المستخدمة في التصميم الانشائي مثلACI Code 5
مهارات ممتازة في التواصل والتنسيق. 6
القدرة على العمل تحت الضغط والالتزام بالمواعيد النهائية للمشاريع. 7
دقة عالية في التفاصيل مع مهارات تحليلية وحل المشكلات بشكل قوي
