- Compensation and Benefits Monthly Base Salary: 160 OMR Accommodation: Provided by the company Visa Expenses: Fully covered Working Hours: 9 hours per day (inclusive of a 1-hour break) Annual Leave: 22 paid leave days per year Overtime Pay: Provided for extra hours worked Unworked Off Pay: Additional compensation provided for working on designated off days
The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong expertise in coffee preparation and possess practical experience or familiarity with preparing desserts such as crepes and waffles
As long as you are a fast learner، full training will be provided for all items on our menu.
Key
Prepare and serve specialty coffee، espresso-based beverages، and cold drinks to standard specifications
Assist in the preparation of desserts، including crepes، waffles، and related menu offerings
Learn and master our complete product lineup through hands-on training
Maintain strict cleanliness، hygiene، and organizational standards across the preparation counter and station
Deliver professional customer service and ensure efficient day-to-day operations.
Proven experience as a Barista with high proficiency in coffee preparation
Fast learner who is eager and able to quickly pick up new menu items and operational procedures
Prior experience or working knowledge in crepe and waffle preparation is preferred
High standards of personal hygiene and professionalism
