- تعلن شركة XAI للتكنولوجيا والاستثمارات عن حاجتها لتعيين محامي شركات يتمتع بخبرة عملية في التعامل مع قطاع شركات التكنولوجيا. – يتولى المحامي مسؤولية إعداد ومراجعة كافة العقود والاتفاقيات التجارية والتقنية. – بالإضافة إلى متابعة الشؤون القانونية والالتزامات التعاقدية للشركة. – كما تشمل المهام إعداد ومراجعة اتفاقيات السرية وحماية البيانات والملكية الفكرية. – ومتابعة إجراءات تأسيس الشركات والسجلات والتراخيص والتعامل مع الجهات الحكومية. – وتقديم الاستشارات القانونية لمختلف الإدارات. – مع ضرورة الإلمام بالقوانين واللوائح المصرية ذات الصلة. – مواعيد العمل من السبت إلى الخميس. – من الساعة 9 صباحاً وحتى 5 مساءً. – وموقع العمل في التجمع الخامس. – الشروط: خبرة سابقة في الشؤون القانونية للشركات، ويفضل شركات التكنولوجيا. – المهام: إعداد ومراجعة العقود والاتفاقيات التجارية والتقنية. – متابعة الشؤون القانونية للشركة والالتزامات التعاقدية. – تقديم الاستشارات القانونية للإدارات المختلفة.
