المهام والمسؤوليات
- القدرة على إعداد عروض الأسعار والبرامج السياحية وحجوزات الفنادق.
شروط التقديم والمؤهلات
- أن يكون المتقدم من سكان رام الله أو المناطق القريبة.
- خبرة سابقة في مجال السياحة والسفر والحج والعمرة.
- معرفة بأنظمة حجز وإصدار تذاكر الطيران، مثل Galileo أو Amadeus.
- مهارات تواصل وإقناع وخدمة زبائن ممتازة.
- إجادة اللغة الإنجليزية واستخدام الكمبيوتر.
- الالتزام والجدية والقدرة على تحمل ضغط العمل
