We're Hiring: Process Operations Specialist نطلب موظف عمليات (Process Operations) About the Role عن الوظيفة Join our delivery team to keep daily operations running smoothly، from order flow to on-time delivery

Key Responsibilities

Monitor and coordinate daily delivery operations متابعة وتنسيق عمليات التوصيل اليومية

Assign orders to drivers and track their status توزيع الطلبات على السائقين ومتابعة حالتها

Solve delays and customer issues quickly حل مشاكل التأخير وشكاوى العملاء بسرعة

Prepare daily performance reports إعداد تقارير الأداء اليومية

Improve processes to increase efficiency تحسين الإجراءات لرفع الكفاءة

High school diploma or higher شهادة الثانوية العامة أو أعلى

Good command of English and Arabic إتقان جيد للغتين العربية والإنجليزية
