Key Responsibilities

Notre cabinet de conseil recherche un(e) juriste expérimenté(e) ayant obligatoirement une première expérience en cabinet de conseil. Missions principales

Rédiger et analyser les contrats، actes juridiques et documents légaux.

Conseiller et accompagner les clients sur les questions juridiques.

Assurer le suivi des dossiers juridiques et des formalités administratives.

Veiller à la conformité des opérations avec la réglementation en vigueur.

Assister les clients dans leurs démarches auprès des administrations et organismes compétents. Profil recherché

Formation supérieure en droit.

Expérience professionnelle en cabinet de conseil obligatoire.

Excellentes capacités rédactionnelles، rigueur et autonomie.

Sens de l’organisation et bon relationnel.
