BEST PROFIL recrute pour son client acteur renommé en automobile un (e) chef de ventes sur la ville de RABAT، Missions

Commercialisation des véhicules: Assurer la commercialisation des véhicules de la gamme et de l'équipe، en veillant au développement du chiffre d'affaires.

Contrôle de la politique commerciale: Garantir l'application de la politique commerciale en tenant compte de la marge، du processus de reprise، de la qualité et de la satisfaction client.

Formation et gestion de l'équipe: Animer، gérer et former l'équipe pour l'accompagner vers la performance et définir des démarches de conduite du changement.

Suivi des réclamations: Traiter les litiges et les réclamations relatives à son service Profil : Bac+ 5 en commerce Expérience confirmée de 5ans occupant la même fonction ( secteur auto)
