Horaires de travail :09h00 à 18h00(8h avec une heure de pause) Profil recherché

Sérieuse، dynamique et responsable.

Bonnes capacités de communication et d’écoute.

Formation Bac+2 .

Une première expérience en service client ou en traitement des réclamations est un plus. Missions

Recevoir، traiter et assurer le suivi des réclamations clients.

Contacter les clients afin de comprendre leurs demandes et leurs problèmes.

Traiter les réclamations liées aux retards de livraison، aux colis non livrés et aux retours.

Rechercher des solutions adaptées aux problèmes rencontrés par les clients.
