الوظائف المتاحة
- إعلان توظيف مطلوب موظفة وليس موظف كول سنتر
المهام والمسؤوليات
- استقبال مكالمات العملاء والرد على استفساراتهم.
- متابعة طلبات الحجز وتحويل العملاء المحتملين إلى حجوزات فعلية.
شروط التقديم والمؤهلات
- إجادة اللغة العربية تحدثًا وكتابة.
- إجادة اللغة الإنجليزية بمستوى جيد. جداً
- مهارات ممتازة في التواصل وخدمة العملاء.
- اللباقة وحسن التعامل مع العملاء.
- القدرة على الرد على استفسارات العملاء عبر الهاتف والواتساب.
- يفضّل وجود خبرة سابقة في الكول سنتر أو مجال تأجير السيارات.
- الالتزام والقدرة على العمل ضمن فريق.
- التواصل مع العملاء عبر الواتساب.
- تقديم عروض السيارات ومتابعة العملاء حتى إتمام الحجز.
المهام الوظيفية
مكان العمل: دبي، الإمارات العربية المتحدة.
