- متابعة الطلبيات والتنسيق مع فريق التوصيل.
- تنظيم الطلبات وتحديث حالتها باستمرار.
شروط التقديم والمؤهلات
- الاتصال بالزبائن لتأكيد الطلبيات.
- مراجعة معلومات الزبائن والعناوين وأرقام الهاتف.
- التعامل باحترافية مع استفسارات الزبائن.
- الجدية والانضباط وتحمل المسؤولية.
- اللباقة وحسن التعامل مع الزبائن.
- القدرة على التواصل بوضوح عبر الهاتف.
- إتقان استخدام الهاتف والحاسوب، ويفضل امتلاك خبرة سابقة في تأكيد الطلبيات.
- الالتزام بأوقات العمل والقدرة على التنظيم.
