المهام والمسؤوليات
- في إطار تطوير نشاطنا، نبحث عن مساعدة تجارية تتمتع بالجدية، التنظيم، وروح المسؤولية، للانضمام إلى فريق عملنا.
- متابعة الأعمال الإدارية والتجارية.
- إعداد عروض الأسعار والفواتير وطلبات الشراء.
- متابعة الطلبات وملفات الزبائن.
المهام المطلوبة
الرد على المكالمات الهاتفية والتواصل مع الزبائن.
القيام بمختلف المهام الإدارية المرتبطة بالمصلحة التجارية.
✅ الشروط المطلوبة
مستوى دراسي مناسب للمنصب.
إتقان استخدام الحاسوب وبرامج Word وExcel.
مهارات جيدة في التواصل والتنظيم.
الجدية، الانضباط، الديناميكية وتحمل المسؤولية.
الخبرة في منصب مماثل تُعتبر ميزة إضافية.
