- تعلن شركة مجموعة هاني مظهر عن حاجتها لتعيين مهندس مدني متخصص في أعمال التشطيبات للعمل بموقع الشركة في مدينة القاهرة. – يتطلب الدور خبرة لا تقل عن 3 سنوات في مجال التشطيبات. – مع القدرة على متابعة وتنفيذ الأعمال بالمواقع والإشراف على العمال ومقاولي الباطن. – كما يجب إجادة قراءة الرسومات الهندسية والمخططات التنفيذية. – ومتابعة جودة الأعمال لضمان مطابقتها للمواصفات. – بالإضافة إلى إجادة استخدام Microsoft Office والتمتع بمهارات التنظيم والتواصل. – الشروط: خبرة في متابعة وتنفيذ أعمال التشطيبات بالمواقع – القدرة على الإشراف على العمال ومتابعة مقاولي الباطن – القدرة على متابعة جودة الأعمال والتأكد من مطابقتها للمواصفات المطلوبة – مهارات جيدة في التنظيم والتواصل والمتابعة – شخصية منظمة، دقيقة، وملتزمة في العمل – المهام: متابعة وتنفيذ أعمال التشطيبات بالمواقع – الإشراف على العمال ومتابعة مقاولي الباطن – متابعة جودة الأعمال والتأكد من مطابقتها للمواصفات المطلوبة – المهارات: مهارات جيدة في التنظيم والتواصل والمتابعة
