We are looking for a motivated، technically skilled female candidate to join our team specializing in sourcing and importing wholesale products from China to Algeria.

The role involves handling customer inquiries، researching products on Chinese wholesale platforms، calculating prices، closing sales، and organizing confirmed orders.

Main

Handle customer messages and phone calls via WhatsApp.

Search for products on Alibaba، 1688، and other Chinese wholesale platforms.

Compare suppliers، product specifications، prices، and minimum order quantities.

Calculate accurate prices based on product costs and applicable shipping expenses.

Communicate quotations clearly and professionally to customers.

Follow up with potential customers، handle objections، and deals.

Collect order details and organize confirmed purchases.

Maintain accurate records of quotations، customers، and orders.

Required

Female candidate with a university degree in Computer Science، IT، Electronics، Electrical Engineering، Mathematics، Physics، or a related technical/scientific field.

Good written and spoken English is essential.

Comfortable using spreadsheets، online platforms، and digital communication tools.

Excellent communication، negotiation، and customer service abilities.

Organized، detail-oriented، responsive، trustworthy، and self-motivated.

Previous experience in sales، e-commerce، customer service، or product sourcing is an advantage.

Mandatory Working Conditions
