المهام والمسؤوليات
- نبحث عن شخص يتولى إدارة متاجرنا الإلكترونية يوميًا، من استلام الطلب حتى وصوله إلى الزبون، ويتولى التسويق للمنتجات عبر حسابات المتاجر
- إدارة حسابات واتساب وإنستغرام وتيك توك، والرد على الرسائل والتعليقات، وإعداد ونشر محتوى يسوّق للمنتجات.
- القدرة على تنظيم عدة طلبات في الوقت نفسه ومتابعة التفاصيل دون تأخير. للتقديم أرسل سيرتك الذاتية مع نبذة مختصرة عن خبرتك ذات الصلة عبر واتساب على الرقم
شروط التقديم والمؤهلات
- مراجعة الطلبات وتأكيد تفاصيلها مع الزبائن، والتنسيق مع مندوبي التوصيل ومتابعة كل طلب حتى تسليمه.
- معالجة شكاوى الزبائن ومشكلات الطلبات والتوصيل، وإبلاغ الزبون بالمستجدات حتى حل المشكلة.
- إصدار الفواتير وطباعتها وتسجيلها، وتحديث بيانات الطلبات بدقة. المهارات المطلوبة
- إجادة التحدث باللغة العربية والقدرة على كتابة ردود واضحة ومهنية للزبائن.
- إجادة استخدام الكمبيوتر والتعامل مع الطلبات والفواتير الإلكترونية.
- معرفة عملية بإدارة حسابات التواصل الاجتماعي والتسويق عبرها.
