مسؤول معاملات المركبات والتأمين والضمان

الوظائف المتاحة

التنسيق مع شركات التأمين لإصدار وثائق التأمين ومتابعتها.

المهام والمسؤوليات

متابعة تسجيل المركبات ونقل الملكية وإنجاز المعاملات لدى الجهات المختصة.

متابعة العملاء حتى اكتمال الإجراءات وتسليم المركبات.

تنظيم المستندات وتحديث سجل المعاملات يوميًا.

شروط التقديم والمؤهلات

إصدار وتفعيل ضمان السيارات والتنسيق مع مزوّدي الضمان ومراكز الصيانة.

تجهيز ملفات السيارات والتأكد من اكتمال البطاقات الجمركية ومستندات البيع والتسليم.

يُفضّل وجود خبرة في معاملات المركبات داخل سلطنة عُمان.

إجادة استخدام الحاسب وبرامج الأوفيس.

الدقة والتنظيم والالتزام بمواعيد إنجاز المعاملات.

مهارات جيدة في التواصل والمتابعة.
