الوصف موظفة مسؤولة عن ادارة المخزون وتحضير الطلبيات لصفحة اونلاين ملابس اطفال و ملابس للصبايا
المهام والمسؤوليات
- 1-استلام البضاعة وفحصها والتأكد من الكميات. 2-ترتيب البضاعة وتنظيمها في المخزن بشكل مناسب. 3-إدخال المنتجات وتحديث البيانات والمخزون على النظام / المتجر الإلكتروني. 4-متابعة المخزون بشكل دوري والتأكد من توفر الأصناف والكميات. 5-تجهيز الطلبيات وتغليفها وتحضيرها للشحن في الوقت المحدد. 6-متابعة الطلبيات من لحظة تسليمها لشركة التوصيل وحتى وصولها للعميل. 7-الرد على رسائل واستفسارات العملاء عبر مواقع التواصل. 8-المحافظة على نظافة وترتيب المخزن وتنظيم سير العمل.

- 1-خبرة سابقة في إدارة المخزون وطلبيات الأونلاين (يفضل). 2-الدقة والتنظيم والقدرة على تحمل المسؤولية. 3-مهارات تواصل جيدة وحسن التعامل
