- Missions principales
- Gestion des commandes clients : confirmation et suivi des commandes.
- Répondre aux messages et aux appels téléphoniques.
- Accueillir et conseiller les clients au magasin.
- Créer et publier des annonces sur Ouedkniss pour présenter les produits.
- Participer à la vente et au développement commercial du magasin.
- Sérieuse، dynamique، organisée et ponctuelle.
- Bon sens de la communication et du contact client.
- À l'aise avec les appels téléphoniques et les échanges par messages.
