- Handle flight ticket bookings and reservations.
- Manage hotel bookings and holiday packages.
- Assist customers with travel inquiries and quotations.
- Handle visa applications and travel documentation.
- Coordinate with airlines، suppliers and travel partners.
- Provide excellent customer service and follow up with clients.
- Previous experience in the travel and tourism industry preferred.
- Knowledge of airline reservation systems (Amadeus، Galileo or Sabre).
- Computer knowledge and ability to work in a team.
