المهام والمسؤوليات
- إدارة مخزون قسم التحضيرات الباردة، مراقبة تواريخ الصلاحية، وتدوير المواد الغذائية
شروط التقديم والمؤهلات
- الأساسية: خبرة عمل سابقة في مجال تحضير الأطباق الباردة والمقبلات (ويفضل من لديه خلفية في المأكولات البحرية)
الحفاظ على نظافة وترتيب محطة العمل وثلاجات الحفظ الخاصة بالقسم بشكل دائم
العمل بتناغم مع فريق المطبخ لضمان سرعة تلبية الطلبات في أوقات الذروة.
الالتزام بشروط السلامة والصحة العامة، والقدرة على العمل ضمن فريق وتحت الضغط
