- تعلن وكالة سفر وسياحة عن حاجتها لتعيين موظف أو موظفة للعمل في مجال خدمة العملاء وحجز تذاكر الطيران بفرعها في مدينة بورتسودان. – تتطلب الوظيفة خبرة عملية سابقة في قطاع السفر والسياحة. – مع ضرورة إجادة العمل على أنظمة حجز تذاكر الطيران (GDS). – والقدرة على إصدار وتعديل وإلغاء التذاكر. – كما تشترط الوظيفة مهارات تواصل وإقناع ممتازة. – والقدرة على التعامل مع الجمهور. – وإجادة استخدام الحاسوب وبرامج Microsoft Office. – بالإضافة إلى الالتزام والانضباط والقدرة على العمل تحت ضغط وضمن فريق عمل. – الشروط: خبرة عملية سابقة في مجال السفر والسياحة . – خبرة في إصدار وتعديل وإلغاء تذاكر الطيران . – مهارات ممتازة في خدمة العملاء والتعامل مع الجمهور . – مهارات التواصل والإقناع وحسن التعامل . – الالتزام والانضباط وتحمل ضغط العمل . – حسن المظهر والسلوك والقدرة على العمل ضمن فريق . – المهام: إصدار وتعديل وإلغاء تذاكر الطيران . – المهارات: مهارات التواصل والإقناع
