You’ll work on behalf of a rapidly expanding clinic، handling calls with hot leads who have already shown interest in its services
Your mission is to turn these leads into clients and visitors through clear، warm، and professional phone conversations.
What you’ll do
Make and receive calls with warm، high-intent leads
Answer questions and address concerns with confidence and empathy
Convert leads into confirmed appointments and clients
Keep accurate records of every call and interaction
Meet and exceed performance targets
What we’re looking for
Fluent English (spoken and written)، with a clear، pleasant phone voice
Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
Reliable internet connection، headset، and a quiet workspace
Motivated، reliable، and eager to grow
Previous experience in call centers، customer service، or phone support is a plus، but not required
