- مطلوب مهندس مدني (Site Engineer) للعمل بمقر الشركة في الشيخ زايد. – على أن يكون موقع العمل في مدينتي 6 أكتوبر وحدائق أكتوبر. – يتطلب الدور خبرة لا تقل عن 4 سنوات. – مع التركيز على خبرة لا تقل عن 3 سنوات في مجال الإنشاءات والتطوير العقاري. – والقدرة على الإشراف على المواقع ومتابعة التنفيذ. – وإدارة المقاولين وفرق العمل. – مع امتلاك مهارات تواصل وتنظيم قوية. – تشمل المهام الوظيفية متابعة تنفيذ الأعمال بالموقع طبقاً للمواصفات. – والتنسيق مع الاستشاريين والمقاولين. – وإعداد التقارير الدورية عن تقدم الأعمال. – والتأكد من تطبيق معايير الجودة والسلامة. – يفضل أن يكون المتقدم من سكان الجيزة. – الشروط: خبرة لا تقل عن 3 سنوات في مجال الإنشاءات / التطوير العقاري – خبرة في الإشراف على المواقع ومتابعة التنفيذ – القدرة على إدارة المقاولين وفرق العمل – يفضل من سكان الجيزة – المهارات: القدرة على إدارة المقاولين وفرق العمل
