Key Responsibilities

• F&B experience preferred

• Bac2 or equivalent

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role

• F&B experience required

• 2 to 5 years of experience

• 1 to 2 years of relevant experience

• 3 to 5 years of relevant experience

• Coordinate and place orders for all raw materials and supplies required for production

• Record and update all production-related data accurately in the company's system

• Calculate and monitor the production costs of all finished goods

• Monitor inventory levels and ensure accurate stock records

• Verify that requested material quantities correspond to actual production

• Monitor raw material consumption and report any discrepancies or wastage

• Coordinate with the Purchasing، Warehouse، and Production departments to ensure the timely availability of materials

• BA in Management or a related field

• Identify and research potential suppliers

• Compare supplier quotations and evaluate proposals

• Negotiate contract terms، pricing، and payment conditions

• Monitor purchase orders and ensure timely delivery

• Record purchase order details، including vendors، quantities، and prices، in internal databases

• Create new item records and maintain accurate product information in the system

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date purchasing، delivery، and invoice records

• Prepare procurement reports، including cost analyses

• Monitor stock levels and place orders when necessary

• 2 to 4 years of relevant experience

• Monitor all food handlers to ensure that food handling tasks are performed correctly

• Ensure that all food handlers maintain proper personal hygiene practices

• Complete and maintain all documentation related to food safety

• BS degree in Nutrition or Food Technology

• 1 to 3 years of experience as a Food Safety Officer

• BT3 in Hospitality
