Required housekeeping experience staff for 4-star and 5-star hotels

Key Responsibilities

• Core Duties and

• Room Cleaning & Sanitization: Strip and make beds with fresh linens، dust furniture، vacuum carpets، mop floors، and thoroughly clean and sanitize bathrooms (toilets، tubs، sinks، and mirrors).

• Restocking Supplies: Replenish room amenities such as soap، shampoo، coffee، bottled water، towels، and bed robes.

• Maintenance Reporting: Inspect room fixtures، lights، appliances، and plumbing، and immediately report any broken or malfunctioning items to maintenance staff.

• Lost and Found: Collect، log، and turn in any personal items left behind by departing guests according to hotel protocol.

• Safety & Compliance: Follow health، sanitation، and safety regulations، including proper handling of cleaning chemicals and handling biohazards safely.

• Guest Interaction: Greet guests warmly، handle polite requests for extra towels or supplies، and respect guest privacy and Do Not Disturb signs
