Key Responsibilities
- استقبال الزبائن ومتابعة طلباتهم.
- إعداد ومتابعة أوامر الإصلاح.
التنسيق مع الفريق التقني ومتابعة عمليات الصيانة.
- أمين مخزن
استلام وتنظيم قطع الغيار.
تسيير ومتابعة المخزون.
تحضير قطع الغيار للورشة ومتابعة عمليات الدخول والخروج والجرد.
الشروط المطلوبة (للوظيفتين)
إتقان استخدام الحاسوب وبرامج التسيير.
القدرة على تسجيل أيام العمل وتفاصيل مختلف العمليات المنجزة بالورشة.
الجدية والتنظيم والدقة وروح العمل الجماعي.
الخبرة في مجال السيارات ميزة إضافية.
المعرفة بعلامة فولكسفاغن ومجموعة VAG تعتبر ميزة إضافية.
نوفّر: بيئة عمل احترافية وفرصًا للتطور المهني.
- Conseiller Client
Accueil et suivi des clients.
Gestion des ordres de réparation.
Coordination avec l’équipe technique et suivi des interventions.
- Magasinier
Réception et gestion du stock de pièces.
Préparation des pièces pour l’atelier.
Suivi des entrées، sorties et inventaires.
Profil recherché (pour les deux postes)
Maîtrise de l’outil informatique et des logiciels de gestion.
Capacité à saisir les journées de travail et à enregistrer les détails des opérations de l’atelier.
Sens de l’organisation، rigueur et esprit d’équipe.
Une expérience dans le secteur automobile est un atout.
La connaissance de Volkswagen / VAG est appréciée.
