Chargée de Formation

Mission o Identification des thèmes de formation o Elaboration et validation du programme de formation o Préparation en amont (Hôtels، participants، salles، équipement des salles، formateurs)، o Communication sur les thèmes de formation (Mailing، Fax، contact téléphoniqueetc) o Préparation du dossier administratif des formations (CV formateurs، Documents CNFCPP، fiches de présences، enquête de satisfaction..etc o Veiller et coordonner la préparation et la réalisation des actions de formation o Prendre en charge les relations avec les clients et les formateurs o Assurer le suivi des enquêtes de satisfaction o Participer à la mise à jour des programmes de formation.
